The three-piece crank tightens positively, reducing the need for periodic adjustments, and the 170-millimeter crank arm accepts any standard road or mountain bike pedal. An easy-to-remove shroud ensures quick access to the belt-drive system for maintenance and servicing without having to remove the pedals or crank. The bike's steel frame has been treated with a two-step powder coating process for a rust-resistant undercoat and a cosmetic topcoat.
