I was looking for a step for home - to create and practice choreography for classes. This one is smaller that a standard step, and not quite as stable. It works fine for my purposes, but if I want to do an all out step workout, it won't cut it.
The smaller size is good for storage, though. And it's significantly less expensive than most other steps.

Great product! The video that is included is wonderful & different! I like that it's more than your average step routine. You really get a full & complete body work out!

This step was perfect for using with my RV. It provided a very stable step at about 1/2 (or less) the cost of a step product designed for rv access. I am buying a second one to place outside my house at a very high doorstep.

It is a very affordable step. It adjusts with 4 plastic feet that fit inside for storage and is very lightweight for transporting. I use it for many of my older clients to improve balance and leg strengthening. It seems fairly stable with straight edges that mimic street curbing rather than the rounded edges on some of the other steps that are available.
It may be a little too light to use for full tilt step classes, but overall it's a great home training tool.
